Yes, normally private messages between users are strictly forbidden.

Just a notice to people that since Ive moved jobs I no longer have acccess to MMO-C during the day so my play will be restricted to the bus in the mornings and the evenings. And as I'm going out with someone these days, Ill be quieter from saturday nights to sunday nights. But ill definitely be making an effort to play the game!
