Welp, because we now know that the build is called 21111, I can certainly assume that this build is gonna be large because of the fact that last build was called 21067......azsuna....anyone.

Huh. Little surprised to see Void Form becoming an active ability. I kinda liked the sound of it as a pulsing sort of shift in power/insanity, fit the new class fantasy pretty well.
Being able to choose when you go mad with power is a bit... silly.

Wonderful, here come the rogue nerfs.
They take away Bust of Speed with Legion but compensate with the 30 second sprint cooldown. Okay, it's not quite the same but that's cool. NOPE - Sprint back to 1 minute cooldown now. Burst of Speed still gone.
And also the Improved Feint nerf. A talent we've had since the MoP talent rework. Apparently it needs the entire reason anyone ever took it (for better survivability against AoE's) to be taken away.
