As a general whole I support what BLM is actually trying to stand for, but this is counter productive and indeed a racist policy. You should want to include as many people as possible regardless of the color of their skin to come up with solutions to the problems.

I do find it amusing that they want "separate/private" areas based on skin colors / ethnic make up though.
