The summary of the review isn't displaying on my phone. What was the negative that preventex them from giving the game a 10/10? Hopefully it wasn't any "too much water" nonsense like ORAS.

Her only negative was some awkward story dialogue with the characters and some things being too predictable.

But based on other reviews this is probably going to be the best pokemon game

Wich is kinda an odd complaint considering this is a Pokemon game so expecting Final Fantasy style writing seems kinda odd.

I agree that it's a pokemon game and the story has never been above and beyond the normal but it could. It's not a deal breaker though

Well a reviewer has to be critical and also make a review assuming that the person reading it isn't a massive fan. Of course if I was talking to a friend about it, I probably wouldn't mention the story because it isn't really important to Pokemon. Unless the story was atrocious compared to the rest of the series. But a reviewer has to determine all the pros and cons.
