Been trying to recruit him from my inn the last while but hasn't come up.

If you emote /tired to him you get a toy

Just need to have him active in your garrison and anyone can come visit to do it and get the toy too. Have both horde and alliance to come visit if you have him.

I don't have the follower and no longer even have an inn but there a people in LFG all the time letting players visit their Garrison to get the toy.

Yeah just use the Premade finder under Custom and search Soulare.

Depends on the time of day really, but there are people who provide it on there.
