@People who like Jaina

How could you like a character who's so hopeless and indecisive she can only act after she gets (deservedly) beaten down.

What is even remotely likeable about her?

From "I can't watch you do this Arthas but I sure as hell aren't going to stop you because that would involve a bit of effort" to "I'M SO MAD I'M GOING TO DROWN ORGRIMMAR OH PLEASE HOLD ME TENDERLY MY DRAGON BOYFRIEND" there is nothing redeemable about Jaina's character.

It's not even like she had interesting development to get to where she was. Like most Alliance characters she's only relevant because her daddy was a big name.

I'm so glad she got the boot out of Dalaran, if I had to run around and answer to her for a full expansion I'd be rooting for the Legion.

From a video game standpoint she's been through a lot, the loss of Arthas, destruction of Theramore, death of her father, etc. For a video game character some people can empathize with her, I know i do.

I guess, like, all the Monarchs. But, like, that's the point.

In short, I think OP is probably the kind of person who hits women. I think that about pretty much anybody who dislikes Jaina. Because I can have an unsubstantiated and irrational opinion too.

I thought Jaina was a nice character during Warcraft. The stories around her after Wrath of the Lich King made her rather uninteresting in my opinion.

Jaina was cool before MoP. I liked how she stood as a bastion of peace in a world filled with war, even after everything she'd been through. Then her character was destroyed, and, well... *shrugs*

Nothing is wrong with Jaina, she was the most optimistic person on Azeroth until something horrific happened, yeah she had a one moment of anger and now everyone thinks she insane now. Just read War Crimes, she pretty damn level headed now, the only thing different now is that she not so trusting and you would too if you seen your people vaporized.

I tried, but I couldn't get more than halfway through. It just couldn't hold my attention; I'm not sure why. I liked all of the other Warcraft books I've read (including Tides of War).
