Spirit Mend autocast is bugged?

It doesn't seem to autocast on itself or me. I tried getting myself below 10% HP and still nothing. According to everything I read, it is suppose to autocast when you are below 50% HP.

Anyone else have this problem?

wasnt working auto for me so i dragged the spell onto spell bar and used it on myself it worked that way but yeh i think the automatic use is bugged.

I've had it both on autocast and a mouseover macro (shared with bandages, when a spirit beast isn't both my active pet, and alive) for the longest time now, so I haven't noticed the issue. I'll have to give it a test today.

It was definitely autocasting last night in Timewalking on my party members, but I didn't notice if it ever went off on the pet or myself.

Used the tanking training dummy: The pet autocast Spirit Mend on both itself and on me when we fell to low HP. No issues observed.

Used lava: No autocast on myself at low HP.

It appears to require the pet to be in combat for autocast to trigger, how were you testing it when you noticed issues?
