As someone who despise the term "Netflix and chill" i still know what it means, it's a quite well known (well at least on social media/internet) way to say come over and let's have sex. It's basically the modern booty call, so i understand that she might have been upset because either you don't know what it is, which means you're probably not very popular, and we all know that popularity have a huge effect on the people we like. Or she was upset that perhaps you knew what it meant but thought she was ugly or not sexy enough. But god damn it OP, how the F do you not know what it means. I'd never wingman you, thats for sure.
