Prize Pool:
All of the money donated through indiegogo and any money made by Xpoff.com leading up to the event will go towards this year's TC.

Format:
The event will consist of a double elimination 3v3 arena tournament and a double elimination WSG tournament. Teams must compete in both tournaments, and seeding for the WSG tournament will be determined by a team's performance in the arena tournament. Teams are limited to a 13 man roster with 2 alternate characters per player. Players that have been included in your team's roster can be subbed in between games at any point.

Sign Up:
To sign up for the TC post your full 10-13 man roster in the official tournament thread on Xpoff.com, including armory links of each character as well as your team name and team leader's battletag. The deadline for sign ups is June 13th.

Team Comp Rules:
2 class limit, 2 stealth limit excluding guardian/restoration druids, 1 arms warrior limit, 1 bm monk limit, 1 MM hunter limit, 1 Boomkin limit, no feral druids.

Tournament Rules:

Draft Committee, Rules Committee:
Every team that plans on participating will choose one representative from their team to sit on the draft committee. The draft committee will elect 4 non-participants to sit on the rules committee, for a total of 5 including myself.

The draft committee will submit their ideal draft of the rules to the rules committee, and the rules committee will create a final set of rules based on the submitted draft, other people's suggestions, and their own ideas.

Judges:
The rules committee will appoint 3 judges to make rulings on any alleged violation of the rules. The judges must not be playing for a team and they must not be on the rules committee, but they can be a caster. The appointment of any judge can be vetoed by a majority vote from the draft committee.

You know someone is stupid when they can't realize how unfun it makes twinking when a spec one shots an enemy with no counterplay available.

Hence why I don't twink, the game isn't balanced around being a lvl 19 and when u only have like 5 other abilities to use I don't see much of a "skill cap" in it.

Well I remember watching one of these "twink tournaments" before, and it was just people keyboard turning and backpeddling. Was pretty funny to watch.

The non-existent skill cap and balance is what keeps the twinking scene alive. Got no problem with people doing it now that you can't get rating from it. Was pretty disgusting when people got 2.2 twinking at level 70, and have the achievement account-wide.

Knew a few people that struggled to even break 1750 so they just leveled twinks, got rating, and leveled them up to 85 for duelist.

Mostly uninformed people raging about experiences in random bgs and duels etc... No spec is banned in tournaments. This is just people complaining about stuff being "annoying"

It's more the 3s than the RBGs that are funny to watch.

Not really, when you can 2 hit people it encourages a lot more braindead play and actually works out better for you.

The play is far from braindead. The top teams in the 19 bracket are extremely skilled and purposeful in everything they do in WSG.

The best analogy I can make is that the top players at 19 are like players who do speed runs of levels in games that are made up of multiple levels (ex: Mario Kart). Although they might only hold the world record for one level, there is no denying that they are very skilled at that level.

Bogling roots stack infinitely with their whopping +1 damage. If you farm enough of them you could one-shot everything.
