as arcane with doom trinket, do you guys delay cds if it proccs before 4 arcane charges? or whats the optimal thingh to do?

You just begin the burn phase immediately. It's not worth waiting for 4 stacks on the pull, especially with Class Trinket.

If doom nova procs before evocation is close enough off cooldown, do you wait, or do you burn but less aggressively?

@whisperingsage You hope for missile procs and use them on the mark of doom target. You do not burn. I mean if there were a trillion adds to doom nove cleave and a lull phase soon to recover the lost mana and it thus would net you a definite gain, sure you would. But normally - no.
