Boomkin rings

I know Boomkins bis is the 2x crafted " Whispering taladite ring of the feverflare " which has haste & mastery.
These are quite expensive to buy, is there any other pve rings worth grinding for? or should i stay with 2x conquest rings with bad stats.

Is the difference noticeable when running with / without the crafted rings?

There's the legendary ring. Other than that, there's not any pve rings better than the pvp ones. Obviously it's not going to make a "massive" difference but it's just all about min/maxing.
