Free, but fair trade.
Yes. People will lose jobs, but that is inevitable, free trade or not. We're experiencing another industrial revolution so to speak. Those jobs are being lost to automation and new markets are arising. People need to adapt to a changing market in order to stay afloat, as they did during the industrial revolution.
The benefits of free trade vastly outweigh the costs. Most people who oppose the TPP aren't thinking very far ahead.
