Burger King’s Fiery New Whopper Comes on a Red-Hot Bun

Burger King’s U.S. restaurants are now offering a Whopper with red buns, the chain announced Tuesday.

In a news release, the chain says “the Angriest Whopper” will consist of “flame-grilled beef, piled high with thick-cut bacon, American cheese, iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, crispy onion petals, jalapeños, creamy mayonnaise and spicy angry sauce all layered between a fiery red bun that has hot sauced baked in.”

Spicy is a descriptor. "Angry Sauce" is their own hot sauce. If you're a regular consumer of spicy foods, it's laughably mild

As someone who used to eat quite a bit of BK and other takeout food I know all too well, still doesn't negate what I said. You'd be better off not eating than eating that garbage.

This. The only places I've ever been that have stuff where hot means it's actually really hot, is Buffalo Wild Wings, and Quaker Steak and Lube. They have wing sauces that are up to 500,000 scoville units. Jalapenos are laughably mild. So is tabasco sauce.
