Cash Shop Artifact Skins?

Shop items are for permanent cosmetics, you won't see artifact skins because they are a one expansion deal.

If they turn out to be a success in legion and get carried over to be a permanent feature then maybe you would see it but even then it's very unlikely.

If they put an artifact skin on the cash shop I think I would unsubscribe as a form of protest and just find something else to do, like spend thousands on a sim-racing rig with virtual reality and taking a good long break from MMO's (again). I don't think they are that stupid though, so for now we are good. As an alpha tester (since january) with a level110 I'm cautiously optimistic about Legion but with some serious glaring unanswered concerns, I haven't pre-ordered but I do plan to play.

Neither does the entire fifth skin, or the final color of the first. All that means is that information isn't available to us yet.

I personally hope they are questlines. Using Elemental Shaman has an example, the last two artifacts are thematically based on Rehgar and the Amani Trolls. I'd like to see those be tied to some lore-rich quests.

Also maybe a profession skin?

One thing I think would be "okayish" to the butthurt people out there is if they put color variation on the cash shop. No new skins, just new colors.

It would be a freakin' disgrace if they did add cash shop artifact skins. Xpacs are more and more expensive + I pay a subscription every month (or someone else is doing it for me). Why the hell wouldn't I be allowed to have access to all the content ? I already think that cash shop mounts are an abomination.

I agree with this. Wouldn't mind them putting in color variations in the shop at all.

I liked the cosmetic helms, I wish they carried on with more cosmetic stuff from the shop. If it's pure cosmetic I really don't care one bit. I don't think those helms are of any higher quality than the obtainable ones in-game. I don't think the shop pets are stronger in pet battles. I don't think the mounts look any cooler than the ones obtainable in game.

If it's cosmetic, I'm fine with it. I want the cosmetic wearables in the shop expanded on. If I like it, I'll buy it.

Would they sell it like "Ashbringer Skin Pack" and you get that new model + the 4 color variations? Or would they just sell all Paladin ones in a pack?

Probably, doesn't bother me. People can buy them if they want to. I won't, but I don't begrudge anyone doing it.
