[Legion]Obliterum and question to professions

Hello! i had some questions regarding obliterum farm and some professions,

1) what is the best crafted item to get obliterum out of?. Looking a bit it seemed the alchemist stones are rather easy to craft comparing to other items, are they the best one? and do they have a crafting cooldown?

2) do some professions have a valid reason to be rolled twice? like some kind of cooldown?

3) is there some kind of gating mechanism apart from dailly cds?

For the first, I don't know if full data is available but I did see on one beta video the alchemist stone gave 112 ash which is a full obliterum. I have heard that crafted pants and chest pieces also are a good ratio of needed mats to ash produced.

Alchemy transmutes have a shared daily cool down but not sure about others.

There may be a soft gate in the form of world quests as felwort and the comparable mining/skinning rare item are only from world quests it seems. Then again they aren't BoP so if you have the gold you can just buy them.
