National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation and Die Hard. There's more but those 2 are best.

The one with the Red Ryder carbine-action, two hundred shot Range Model air rifle with a compass in the stock and this thing which tells time.

My step-dad loves A Christmas Story. I enjoy it as well, but he was a kid in the 40's so it's tailor made for him.

As for me, hands down Gremlins and Scrooged are my two favorite Christmas movies. I never see Scrooged mentioned in these kinds of lists and that's a bummer. Fantastic movie.

Die Hard or Lord of the Rings trilogy (in one sitting).

It's not christmas without Die Hard.

Home Alone is always on TV during Christmas times, so I've grow to associate it with Christmas more than anything else. Also grew up with The Grinch with Jim Carrey, and while it's not a very good movie, I still have a soft spot for it. Nightmare Before Christmas is great. Haven't seen Die Hard yet. Never associated Lord of the Rings with Christmas. There's a lot of A Christmas Carol versions, and it is probably the staple Christmas story.

I watched It's a Wonderful Life last year on Christmas Eve, that's a pretty great movie, although not a movie that I'm going to be rewatching every Christmas.

    Jingle all the way.

Can't have christmas without Home Alone 1 or 2, and Die Hard.

Oh yeah, Krampus is great. I may have to make that a new Xmas tradition.

Christmas Vacation is easily the best.

I love Muppet Family Christmas, Emmet Otters Jugband Christmas, Arthur Christmas (It's not played on tv often enough but its really a good movie), and have a soft spot for The Polar Express.

Here's the first one I mentioned; it tends to get overshadowed by the Muppet Christmas Carol but its so sweet. Sesame Street characters show up in it too.
