Edit: Anyone who lately has been experiencing character lag? This happens to me: I can move (but not cast), chat is live, and everyone else is moving/casting. Lasts maybe 30 seconds/a minute.

end processes of battle.net
start wow.exe

Don't forget, that WoW is also way bigger then their other games. Requires a bit more time to maintance x)
