I'm vegetarian now but Kangaroo meat is the best meat around if its cooked well. Very strong taste.

I had that on a cruise... and it was awesome. People back home were like, "How could you do that Kangaroo are so cute?"

First, they aren't cute they're dog drowning bastards... and they taste delicious.

Eat in moderation, control your portions. If you have awesome tasting but very fattening food every day, yes it will be unhealthy. If you have it once or twice a week and do a detox day with salads, it won't harm you or your waistline.

Because its a Game animal..It can make you vacate your apartment.

However when done properly, and now I only order it thru Restaurants in Australia that have
Kangaroo on the Menu, then Yes.. I Order it.

Its Smokey in flavor..Tender and really nice.

Not at like mushroom, it's more about the texture I think, it's just like those crustaceans with shell (winkle), the taste is more about the salted melted garlic butter that was kind of absorbed by the snail during cooking
