This is the worst trailer they have ever done. The music is cheese, the visuals are not the best, and the progression in general is uninteresting, disconnected and cheesy.

the more i see from the movie, the more im bored from the human vs orcs story..
with to much orcs you can not win.. wod have failed and for the movie i see no good future..
the trailer looks boring and cheap..
sad that the non-players that look this movie not see why wow the best game ever is..
The trailer was alright, the music definitely downgraded it.
BTW is that Raina from Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.?
Exactly my thought - is it because I know the cinematics from Blizzard and the game - or is the CGI quality far behind that of CGI heavy films like Avatar, Lord of the Rings, etc.
If I watch the trailers I have the feeling that die CGI sequences are from the game itself and not from a full scale movie.
1) Load the amount of weight I would deadlift onto the bench
2) Unrack
3) Crank out 15 reps
4) Be ashamed of constantly skipping leg day
Judging from the banner. There was a lot of studio interference in making this movie.
Still looks unwatchable for me. The cgi orcs doesnt look real.
Ontop of that most of the cgi environment looks fake.
^If they made the whole movie digital it would not be so terrible.
Something ala shrek/ ice age/ tintin and it could be passable.
For it to work for me in this format the cgi needs to be completly indistinguishable from a real life actor in a mask/actual video footage of landscapes and its not even close to that.
The only convincing part are the main human actors.
Apart from the female orc, she just looks like a human with green fingerpaint.
What I find funny is that if the orcs and dwarves were actual actors in costume and no cgi, everyone would be complaining about it looking cheap. Can't please everyone especially when it comes to wow. Either see the movie or don't, stop crying about it like they are going to change it because of fanboys qq.
I will wait til the movie comes out to pass judgement at least...
Movies based on videogames are terrible, warcraft won't be an exception.
I am not Mike Morhaime and I approve this message.

I am of the same opinion, a fully CGI movie would have been much better.
My guess as to why Blizzard chose a movie against animation, is that it is generally much longer to produce - more like 4-5 years than 2, and time is of essence now that the game is on life support.
Also, I really would have preferred a true story (say the Lich King's story), versus the generic H2+Alliance vs other orcs.
Solid , some points can be improved on the trailer , but thats personal opinion .
Ill go watch the movie , so job well done .
King Magni Bronzebeard! I'm sold; take my money Blizzard, take it at all!
If the trailers have confirmed one thing - they have recreated the world very faithfully. Lakeshire, Dalaran and Stormwind are perfect movie counterparts to the game versions. Good or bad, I'm going to have fun pausing the blu-ray to catch all the details.
