It's never bothered me. My girlfriend paints both her fingers and toes. Tattoo's and (most) piercings bother me, though.

I'm fairly neutral about it, I don't find it attractive or unattractive.

When they put little dots or patterns on them though..fingers OR toes...ungh. I just can't stop seeing it in my side vision and my brain focuses on it. Generally unappealing. Just make it one color.

I can kind of relate to OP. I don't understand why fat/obese people won't adjust their food consumption and workout, but they'll get their hair done, get their nails painted and slap on a bunch of makeup. As if one of those various things will take away from your grotesque 300 lb frame.
