Solo Q Rated BG: Haven't played WoW since WoTLK

Hi,

Have there been any talks about adding a solo Q to rated BGs?

I haven't played WoW for a loooooooooooong time and was just wondering if this is something that the community even wants or devs talked about?

The devs said once they don't want to do it. That's about it.

They did skirmishes, although they don't treat them similarly as regular arenas (I think they are very wrong regarding this).

Solo queue for RBG would be pretty awful, it will only work for low ratings. Instead BG for veteran pvpers would be nice. Gate it behind rank 50 honor/ high rank prestige, or even silver/gold in proving ground. Reward should be less than RBG but better than random BG. This way new players can do random BGs relatively unmolested and hopefully this new version of pvp will have slightly less bots/terribad players.
