Lots of risk for very little. I'm surprised they've survived the modern worlds ego for as long as they have.

As much as it happens on both sides, I just can't help but notice that in pretty much every discussion space, even real life conversation, the topic will be totally unrelated to politics and all of a sudden a conservative will pipe up and blame something on "the left".

Probably best to take your own advice, and not do dumb things like imply pointing and shooting a gun necessitates the ownership of testicles.
2014 Gamergate: "If you want games without hyper sexualized female characters and representation, then learn to code!"
2023: "What's with all these massively successful games with ugly (realistic) women? How could this have happened?!"
There is already a thread on this

This is a subjective judgement.
There are anthropologists who argue that agriculture, and all of the advancements that came with it, are the worst things to have ever happened to humans. I'm not sure I would agree, but I do think it's true that our separation from nature has led to less fulfilling lives for a majority of people living in post-industrial, and maybe even post-agricultural societies.
the ones we have contacted rejected civilization to the point of war, what makes you think these even more isolated groups would be more open?
Seriously?
We'd end up killing them in the process. Either through disease or in defense of our own lives, because from what I've read, many of those uncontacted tribes are severely hostile towards outsiders.
Leave them be, ffs.
There are a lot of uncontacted tribes who are uncontacted because they don't want to have any part of the modern world. One of the tribes listed on that Wikipedia page is actually extremely hostile to anyone who tries to contact them, and despite numerous "we come in peace" attempts to reach them, they will still attempt to kill any outsiders on sight.
It's amusing you think our society is somehow better than theirs, and that we could somehow improve them.
Incredibly arrogant and naive at the same time, which is usually how ignorance is presented.
If anything, their resources and people would be exploited as savagely as possible. That's why they throw spears at white men instead of trying to talk to them. The only true outside contact they have to look forward to is the destruction of their environment, and likely armed conflict.

The principle applies. Once contacted they always lose their cultural distinctiveness and typically experience a rapid and fatal cultural decline.
Let's also not forget that living in crowded cities acts as a breeding ground for pathogens. So they probably don't need modern medicine to the extent that we do.
They're happy without us, who are we to get in their way? Realistically, they won't gain much (they're not likely to use or know how to use anything we give them, or if they do, they won't be able to sustain it so we'll just have to keep giving them more), and we definitely won't gain anything. Better to let them make the leap when they get that far.
There's also cultural stuff. When I was in Nebraska, all kinds of stuff that I thought was crazy happened at the nearby Native American reservation. The government or charitable organizations would come in and build them great homes, complete with all the amenities... and in summer, instead of use the AC or open windows, they'd saw bigger holes into the walls to get better natural ventilation. Instead of use all of their modern stoves, they'd cook on fires in the middle of their lawn. In winter, instead of turn on their modern furnaces, they'd chop down even more of those houses and burn them for heat.
It wasn't that they were stupid and didn't know how to use that stuff. It just wasn't part of their culture so they weren't interested. All of this modern innovation stuff sounds great to us, but other people want to live the way they want to live. We could give these uncontacted tribes all kinds of things, but if it's not similar to something they already have, they may not even be interested in using it. Like how old people don't all flock to computers and the internet despite obvious advantages.
Uh, because we can show up with magical flying metal birds and become their gods in a couple years time.
