I have to be able to play it first to even try for ranked. I pre-ordered the game and was in the stress test. But like so many others the game ran in memory and nothing happened. Game said launched, was in memory and even had Crashmailer64.exe in memory too, but nothing came up. I submitted a DxDiag and a blue said he has no idea why the game wasnt running. I even tried all the "tricks" the blues and others posted. Still nothing. Hopefully this is fixed for the open beta that starts tomorrow, otherwise I'm returning the pre-order. What I don't understand is that this has been an issue since November and it's still not addressed.
