I liked it growing up, my daughter liked it when we took her a few years ago. As a shared cultural experience it's great, but it's not really the sort of place you go to on its own merits. So I guess I like them well enough.
I wish the restaurants were better.

I wouldn't know which, I haven't been there. They certainly sound fun and a whimsical "you've got to try this!" sort of experience, but at the same time they're expensive and very far away. I'll live, but they're up on the bucket list somewhere.
