Then there are the people who are all "Hell yeah home repair" and end up doing hundreds of dollars of damage. It's a lot less money to hire a plumber to fix a leaky pipe than it is to clean up after you've sprayed water all over your floor (and you still need to hire the plumber).

To the OP: Ever consider they might be living on their own for the first time?

Those would generally be the people I'd be scared of. not sure why you're separating them out
