Is this an lfr set? Does this mean we will have to farm lfr for competitive raiding if this is better then the normal set for some specs, i hope not

That says T18 though and it is in fact the current lfr set.

Its T18, probably changed because in the prepatch people will still be doing HFC LFR but abilities that were affected by the old tier bonus have changed a bit
