How much fury is too much / too little fury?

Hello all,

After shifting from a WW Monk / MW Monk in WoD to a demon hunter in Legion, I have a few questions to ask in reference to the following:

At what point should I start dumping fury?
At what point should I start generating fury (this is a poorly worded question, but what I mean here is when I should I forgo other spells (such as FR, Fury of the Illidari, etc.) to generate fury?

I'd like to make Weak Auras for both, like a text block saying "TOO MUCH FURY" or "TOO LITTLE FURY" if that makes sense.

Best I can answer is at 100 fury you dump fury once you reach 70+. And at 110 fury dump at 80 etc. fury of the illidari you can use at 0 fury, fel Rush should be used constantly to keep the momentum buff up to buff the bloodlet debuff

Without the extra fury trait you should try to be at 80+ for every Momentum window and then dump it, but with the rng of Demons Bite and if VR is on cd, 70+ also works.
