The SCRAP-E Access Card Engineering quest? A way to repeat this?

Hi,

I've been asking around and not had any luck with an answer to this. My character use to be an engineer before I changed the professions and now I'm back as one again I've been collecting the many patterns from around the world! I've been trying to get the Scrapbot Construction Kit - an item needed to craft Jeeves but its related to a quest - http://www.wowhead.com/item=41267/scrap-e-access-card which I've already completed in the past. Is there anyway to repeat this quest so that I can get the Scrapbot again?

Anyone able to offer some help?

Yes you just go back into the library and it lets you learn it again. i have dropped and retaken engineering several times Only schematic I can't get again is the zapthrottle mote extractor.

I went back to the device but nothing was happening. Is there a limit on the Eng skill required to learn it again? I'm only 350 at the moment.

I'll go back at 450 and try again. Oh and I like levelling professions the "old" way in case anyone was wondering. I find it more fun!
