Question about promo weapons and patches

Hi, I have not played warcraft or looked at the community for a while. I planned to come back when the transmog/tabard manager hit. Does anyone know if the promo transmogs being added in a week mean that the transmog manager will be added then?

Seeing as we're only on Beta phase of the Legion, that sounds very unlikely.

What we're gonna recieve, it's just 4 pieces of gear, bound on account, kinda like heirlooms, if you will, that you can send to your alts to bein' able to transmog your gear on said alt, to that look.

Later, when the Wardrobe is release, they might become unlocked there.
