Should movie promo weapons have level restriction?

I voted no, but I guess I'll have to see how the new xmog system plays out for alts. My number 1 factor is not seeing the same 4 gear sets 1-100, but that may be a nonissue with the new transmog system.

That being said, let hte lowbies have it anyway. It's not an endgame reward it's a "look cool movie thing" reward.

I.e. should be 1-9lvls allowed to use this weapons and shield as transmogs or it should be for 80-100lvls+ or something?

This.. doesn't make sense. The level restriction talk makes more sense..
