Were I designing it, it would be invisible until needed - or until an alert comes up (ex. a car is speeding toward you from behind).

That affluenza puke kid killed like 6 people and got off with a slap, broke probation another slap, fled the country and took federal agents on a manhunt to finally get some actual some actual prison time that is still "tentative".

Hillary Clinton broke 5 clear cut and dry federal laws with her email scandal, no arrest coming on that front cause shes protected.

The people who file fake police reports about fictitious hate crimes that never happened who then never get charged with the actual crimes they commit because they're members of protected classes themselves.

The repeat multiple offending career criminals who are arrested dozens upon dozens of times only to be let off by bleeding heart judges and who then go on to commit murders that would have never occurred if their original crimes had be duly punished.

If we had super advanced technology roaming around dispensing true justice without the farcical flaws which humans inject into it then the world would be a lot better and safer place.
