BMAH Question

So I was just trying to bid on stuff at the bmah but I was instantly getting outbid and there was nobody else there. Is this a phasing issue or something? As in can you bid on your own servers stuff even if you are phased to another server via a group. Pretty stupid you can bid uncontested on such lucrative items. I know there is a 50% chance that it could have been the same faction as me but still.

You can bid while realmjumping, BMAH is bound to your server (or servercluster), you are not. So you dont need to suffer gankers while bidding on your items if you find peaceful or pve server.
