Budget - $1500

hey every 1 so ive had this build for around 2years now and am looking to upgrade it a little bit. I generally use it for online gaming with WoW, gta 5, elder scrolls online and a little video editing every now and again.

You're current setup is still pretty solid(basically the same as mine and I have no issues with any of those games). Only things I might suggest doing is overclocking the CPU if you haven't already, grabbing another 8GB's of RAM(might help with the editing), adding an SSD if you don't already have one, and/or picking up a GTX1070 or 1080 when they're available.

The real question here is, why are you looking to upgrade? Are you not getting the performance you desire?
