Sure, although I find honzo easier on console than PC minus flicks.
I've played Hanzo and it's really not as easy to hit the right spot for the 1 shot. The smallest movement from where you thought they were going to be and you're probably going to do no damage. But it's all really the same to me. Hanzo shoots my feet and gets a 1 shot or Hanzo shoot's my overblown head hitbox and gets a 1 shot.
Had some really good matches the last couple of evenings, one last night we really shouldn't have won; neither Widow, Soldier nor D.Va were working for me so I switched to Pharah and started to make a difference. First was when Zarya ulted us, they were all lined up to kill us and my Ult came up; triple kill from inside the Graviton Surge Took what seemed like forever to get to the last check, think we have over a minute of overtime, but again eventually broke them up with a double kill from my ult and we managed to press. Was weirdly easy going to the end after that, but they were totally tilted at the end. Best match in a while.
I think though I'm changing my views on hero stacking in QP; used to be all for it, but since they buffed Mei, you get a double Mei comp on defence and it's just so damn hard to deal with, it just spoils the whole thing. Everyone hates it, people leave over it, it's just annoying.
In case anyone was wondering this here is why they got rid of hero stacking in comp.

Its funny it's still a strat you can do now in QP, but no one really cares about QP these days.
This basically boils down to "your offense players need to stop faffing about and kill Mei". Swap to heroes that counter her, like McCree, Reaper, Pharah.
Like most stacks, it's "impossible" to deal with until you swap to heroes that can destroy it. Just like 2 torbs is a PITA if your offense refuse to play anything other than Widowmaker/Tracer.
I didn't say impossible. I said it's very hard work. 2 Meis basically always have an ult ready which means on corner chokes your offensive heroes can't use their range advantage. They also have 4 other players around them (and for that reason it's actually easier to deal with 3+Mei) who you also need to get through.

Also heard D.Va say something I've not heard before while I was sat in 'Game on' spamming "Happy Halloween!" On Volskaya, something like "All this destruction here. It reminds me of home." And she sounded sad, it really caught me out, like Hana! No! You can't be sad!

But it's quick.....normally you would actually get allot of shit for picking widow at all let alone attack.
General problem with Quick Play is that their is allot less pressure being put by the attack side because it's a unbalanced group, to often you play with no tanks/healers or just hero's that aren't suited because of reasons (I try to test new hero's in quick) so even something like 2 Mei's who is easy to take down as ranged can become difficult.
Got two hours of time with Roadhog. I really like him. Can't do shit against Genji unless I can connect a hook, but still. And even then, it seems like when I hook em, they're too short to hit, or something. Doesn't matter though, the hook isn't really that important to me, mostly. At least as much as his normal shots and ult. Keep yourself healed, go nuts, duck and move.
I play Widow a lot, especially on attack, less so on KotH and I do just fine; in fact I've often been complemented. I think the community circle jerk on how underpowered she is is grossly overstated. There are definitely ways she could be better and I've been through them many times. Maybe it's top end where the game is faster, and low end where people can't aim and therefore can't make an impact, but in my mid table mediocrity I've seen some very good play with her. Usually from those who don't just sit right at the back and try to be like Bastion Turret mode; which is also weirdly what some people want and expect from you. Just at weekend on Eichenwald, Defence, Rein asked me to do just that; I just said that's what they'll expect from me so I stayed down and close to him; we won comfortably because I was protected, healed and able to get some 20 odd kills (gold ofc).
I've not really touched comp this season, but through the placement, and in last season I saw plenty of Widows too; and no one ever really said anything there either.
Regarding Mei; it is something unique to her toolkit. Sure, a couple of Torbs is really annoying, same with Bastions and some other stacks; but they never feel quite to insurmountable as two Meis - simply because she can lock down the entire team when you're caught in a tight choke point. You basically have 2 options, run and lose objective time - which in OT means losing the game, or stay and hope she's looking at someone else to sit it out. Even then, she'll just iceblock afterwards and the whole process resets.

There's some weird behavior with Roadhog's hooks and certain heroes. They don't get pulled in quite as far; Ana's another. If you yank an Ana straight, she'll end up far enough out that you'll miss half the pellets in your left-click, can't use right-click, and your melee will whiff; she's basically impossible to yank and one-shot "normally".
There's a trick that supposedly works, where you turn 90 degrees to the right as your hook lands, which seems to set the "pull to" point to your middle rather than in front of you, so it yanks them that much closer, but it's not easy to pull off and you don't always need it (and probably risk funky end points to some yanks). Some heroes, like Ana again, and Genji, are also narrow enough that your left-click won't one-shot them unless they're RIGHT in your face. You can usually make up for that by meleeing right after, but the range thing above screws with that.
Just had two amazing games in competitive were we won 3-0 on lijang tower and Dorado, first competitive games of season 2. Btw does anyone know when season 2 ends or have Blizz not released an official date yet?
reached lvl 200 and GOT THE WITCH MERCY SKIN! YAAS!
Formerly known as Arafal
On the one hand, I now have all the legendary Halloween skins, except Mercy, as the Reaper one dropped with the Reaper highlight intro, both of which are awesome. I'm now halfway to buying the Mercy one too, so should get there before the end of the event if it still won't drop for me.
On the other though, everyone tonight seemed to be playing stupid comps (not sure what the meme is about Symmetra, and multiples of, but its just dumb as), trolling and generally being/getting tilted so it wasn't much fun getting there. It's like people enjoy getting beaten badly. Lost a lot of games, and the ones I won weren't even good fights, because they were against the same sort of shit. One game I just got so fed up of it (2 Symmetra, and a Reinhardt who constantly over-extended and died) I switched to Mei from Mercy because trying to heal was impossible; ended up carrying the match pretty much to the end, fortunately people switched when they realised we might actually win so it worked out okay. I'd not really played Mei before, bit of an eye opener, you can't actually miss with the RMB, those icicles are enormous and the charge on her ult is obscene... Sure it can't be allowed to be that easy?
Also, do people actually realise that the payload moves faster with more people on it?
I really don't think a lot of people do, seems fairly common to cap point A only to have everyone run off and leave one person to escort the payload rather than trying to push it as far as possible before the enemy team respawns. They should make a loading screen tip about it or turn up the frequency if there is one.
