Depends if I sleep next to my girlfriend or alone.

Alone means spread out all over the bed.
With her it's usually spooning.

My normal sleeping position is not up there, I sleep like the Free Fall, But me left leg ends up crossed with my ankle behind my right knee, kinda like a jack knife position lol

Typically on my left side, slightly at an angle to the left, or on my back. Starfish is close to the one on my back, but on my side it'd be inbetween log and foetus if that makes sense.

No idea; usually, once I touch the bed, I fall asleep almost instantly, and in the morning I find myself in various positions. Those rare days when I cannot fall asleep for long, it is either Foetus, or Starfish with one arm supporting my back and the other by my belly.

I have a friend who always sleeps in an "Entombed" position. Like lying in a coffin, legs straight together, fingers crossed on his chest.

Yeah one of my positions isn't on there, which is what you described, lying on back with hands on chest. If not that, then I'm a yearner. I have a third pillow on that side specifically to wrap my arms around.
