Legion - Alchemy daily CD

Hello.

I have looked that alchemy has and daily CD to transmute a blood of sargeras. But this material is BoP, and the only use that alchemy has to it is a trinket, also BoP and that requires alchemy (1)

So, what's the use of this daily CD? once I have my trinket the bloods are useless. I can't sell it in the AH or sell the trinkets. So, is alchemy useless if you don't have a crafting profession with it? (like balcksmithing or whatelse use the bloods)

It doesn't make sense to me, to have a daily CD that you can't sell or make profit without a second non-gathering profession.

There are many other transmutes that share the same daily cooldown as the Blood of Sargeras cooldown. Alchemists can transmute materials into different ones. For example, you can transmute Cloth into Skins. There are others with Ore, Herbs, etc.

Yeah, but since BC my rogue has been alchemy/herbalism. Usually I don't like to have and alt for gathering...And in this exp with profession quest, levels and artifacs, looks like to have an alt will be harder than ever.

There are many other transmutes that share the same daily cooldown as the Blood of Sargeras cooldown. Alchemists can transmute materials into different ones. For example, you can transmute Cloth into Skins. There are others with Ore, Herbs, etc.

Yes, I know. But I'm worried about the uses of Blood of Sargeras. If I can't trade it, and I have my trinket crafted, what can I do with all the blood that I will find along the exp? because I think that it can be adquired also from gathering and fishing, like Fel blood.

Maybe if I was blacksmithing, I can craft lots and lots of armor/weapong and sell it in the AH. But only with alchemy, am I forced to combine alchemy with something more and have and alt to gather ores and plants?

I think you can make those trinkets and then use them to fuel crafted gear upgrades. You quest and create a obliteratum forge, which lets you break down crafted gear into the currency you use to upgrade other crafted pieces. (not on the beta so i dunno if the upgrade currency is boe or not) - but if it isnt, at least then making the blood->trinket->forge allows you to upgrade the crafted items you purchase .

edit: if the trinket can even be melted down at the forge...i don't know personally

Usually, Alch trinkets have been not-disenchantable. And if you could disenchant them, the trinket was hotfixed. That happened with Cata, where for some weeks you could make epic crustals from Alch trinkets.

Yea, but it is BoP. Only people that have Alchemy with Enchanting will make huge gold and they aren't a lot.

exactly. not stacking ten alchemists to own the ah at the begining of expac.

I have no personal experience on this, but I head you need Blood of Sargeras to use Obliterum Forge (with epic quality loot). So there should be use for them even without any professions.
