Intentionally being an enormous asshat on the internet and pretending you're not will likely result in threats of hitting you. Being a collection of enormous asshats in real life and pretending to be innocent out in meatspace is likely to result in you actually getting hit. While what Britain First was doing was technically legal, it was also clearly trolling, and nobody should be surprised that the people being trolled didn't like it much.

Do you have some source on that? It seems a bit odd, as Brexit immigration typically talks about the Polish.

An equally good lesson to learn is that knee jerk physical responses do not do anyone any favours.

And yet another excellent lesson to be learned is that natives do not enjoy being trolled out of their own culture in the first place.

Multiculturalism is failing in London faster than a sack of spuds dropping from Big Ben.

Of course it is. The electorate was getting uppity, so the powers that be decided to import a new electorate.
It became clear that it wasn’t realistic to try to get the audience back to being more hardcore, as it had been in the past. -- Tom Chilton
