Should I buy this new PC ?

So i got this offer, I can get an new PC to replace my Laptop. I want a PC and get rid of the Laptop.
My current Laptop speccs are :
I7-4710mq@2.5ghz
8gb ram
nvidia gtx 860m
1tb hdd

And I'm able to get this one :
Mainboard: MSI Z87-G43
Processor: Intel Xeon E3-1230v3 4x 3.30GHz + ARCTIC Freezer XTREME Rev. 2
Graphic: MSI Geforce 2GB D5 X GTX770 Twin Frozr R
RAM: G.Skill DIMM 8 GB DDR3-1600
Drive: 256GB Samsung EVO SSD
Power: be quiet! Pure Power CM L8 630W
Case: Fractal Design Define R4 Black PCGH ATX

Is the switch worth it, or should I run the Laptop as long as I can get a better offer ?

Do you use your laptop outside your house?
If the answer is NO, get the PC, if the answer is YES, don't.
Since it's better compared to your laptop

Overall, you will notice a big performance improvement with the desktop over your laptop. I'd get it as long as it's in good condition and not too expensive. Mind letting us know the price?

No I dont use the Laptop outside, its just laying on a table to get turned on and off.
The price is somewhere around 550€

Just to be clear, the pc specs you posted are for NEW rig not used right? Cause those parts are a few years old. Also you say replace, does that mean you will be giving your laptop + 550€ or you keep your laptop?
