I think the sheer variety of posters here probably tells you how un-exclusive and mainstream digestive 4chan has become in recent years. It honestly surprises me, actually. I thought it was still fairly low key as far as average population traffic went. Guess not.

I tend to stick with /v/, /vg/ and /fit/, but I do occasionally scroll through /b/ if I get those moods where you want to feel sad on purpose or have morbid curiosity. Everyone gets them from time to time I think. Second I see something that makes me just mentally "NOPE" I leave again though. These days you need to do a fair bit of scrolling to find that stuff though. Few years ago, first thread would be something horrid. Now it's mostly "YLYL" or "dubs wins a cat". Harmless fun by and large. Just don't be easily offended or thin skinned.
