I found a picture of a pretty neat transmog set for hunters.

I traced back every piece she is wearing but for some reason I cannot find her cloak, anyone of you have any idea what the name of that cloak is?

That is a Cloak of Coordination from the Guild Vendor in Orgrimmar (or Stormwind for Alliance). It shows off your guild's emblem on the cloak.
