ice flows + cinderstorm bugged?

Have you guys been able to get ice flows and cinderstorm to work together?
Not sure if this is a known bug, or maybe I'm missing something, but for me I'm unable to cast cinderstorm while moving with Ice Flows up

Yes it is bugged currently. A lot of spells are still unusable with ice flows (like greater pyrp in pvp). I've reported it and a few threads have talked about it.
