Best spec you think for legion?

I'm divided...whats the best you guys think for PVP?

To me, it's gonna be:

Arcane
Frost
Fire

As it is now, Arcane is simply melee-immune. Between Shimmer, 2 Frost Nova charges and Displacement it's almost impossible to ever be even touched, which is kind of insane. On ranged, it has a nice absorption thanks to artifact perk and it's all about bursting, and Arcane has no equals in the bursting departement.

Frost is pretty crappy at the moment, but i fully expect it to be buffed and we already know that some of its mechanics will be subject to a change. Fire is last because, while not being bad (at all, i think it's amazing) most of its awsomeness comes from Combustion being so strong... but people will quickly learn to CC you while under its effects, thus greatly limiting the potential of the spec.

Shimmer does not remove stun or bonds anymore so a good cc chain will leave you very open to burst. I think Fire is by far the most mobile class due to DB -> Meteor -> LB -> 5 pyros with combustion and flame on
