[Weakaura] Hunter mastery uptime

Hey, I'm looking for someone experienced who can help me, I tried it on my own but I failed horribly.
I need a weakaura that will show me my MM mastery uptime in combat, in percentages.
Basically I need what any DPS meter does in "buff uptime" module or how warcraftlogs show it but as a % text which will refresh itself during the fight.
Is there any weakauras wizard that can help me out?

I created a WA like that, I think even for Sniper Training (but it can be changed easily by switching the spellid in the OnInit).
Can't access my pastebin right now, but if you have a look through the pastes in there, you'll find something like "WA: Buff Uptime (Sniper Training)" iirc. Link to my pastebin is in the signature.
