It's better than forcing all those people into work and devalue Made in Germany products. Let them learn german and adapt first then teach them slowly and properly how to handle the work.

Most muslim/arabic refugees are highly incompetent, which is also due to other countries grabbing the "good ones" early and a huge disconnect between middle eastern and western standards. The average IQ comparison says more than a thousand words.

They have never learned anything (most of them). They can't just jump into a highly advanced powerhouse. Even if they have some sort of education and work experience it is nothing compared to the high standards in western countries, especially germany when it comes to engineering etc.

Secondly, I don't think anyone is expecting immigrants to land a job requiring college degrees and years of experience.

Remember, only 54 immigrants have decided to work out of 1,000,000 immigrants. That is quite a large group with only 54 immigrants working.

Well they are allowed to work once they have been granted asylum. That is a process that takes time. They will be employable eventually, or they will have to leave in case right of asylum is denied for any reason.. Easy as that.
