How fucking long does amoxicillin take to actually work? I've been on them for almost 2 days now, and I still don't feel like it's done any sort of help. Anyone ever taken it before and know how long it normally takes? Google says 24 hours but I feel like it's done jack shit for my mouth. I just want these pus pockets to go away....

No idea about that but I was on penicillin when I had strep earlier this year and it started healing me up fairly quickly, I definitely noticed it by the second day.
