On PvP Talents

If they only work in PvP what's the point of selecting anything else than passive pvp talents?
If you can't click that active pvp button outside in the world, why would you have it?

Passive Honor Talents are also disabled outside of instanced PvP, so does it matter?

Honor Talents work outside instanced pvp when you are in combat.

The REAL problem is that they dont work until someone decides to gank you which will always give the attacker the upper hand...

Ah, I forgot Blizzard changed it to work whenever you are in PvP Combat.
