"Celebritiy" woman has sex with two guys, they made a video of it tried to blackmail her - she claims rape later.
Guys get punished for recording and publishing of parts of the video recordings. They however use the full video material to prove they didnt rape her, woman looses the case.
Woman has to pay 24k euro for false accusion (LOL, what a punishment) but she didnt want to pay so now there is a lawsuite against her (false accusion). (Still pending).

Probably because, despite any inconsistencies in her story, she's helped further the momentum of the anti rape culture campaign.

Campaigns like this, the wage equality campaign, and yes, on the conservative side the anti gun control campaign, aren't about who's right and who's wrong. They are about getting the most exposure possible for your side of the argument, manufacturing statistics that seem compelling but fall apart under close scrutiny, and inflaming your base so that politicians are afraid to oppose it.
