I feel like it's going to be Alejandra. Maybe she got into hacking so she could control omnics so they fight back. She might've seen one die or "bleed" and nobody cared or helped, like in the Hero short. And maybe Reaper did in fact upload something and wasn't actually trying to steal anything in the Recall short.

I got what Reaper was trying to steal as a question in one of the Gamescom quizzes (and derped very hard). The answer was over watch personnel data. Specifically personnel data. Just "data" was not enough as an answer. So no.

I've been thinking about this for a while and I'm starting to lean towards all of this being bigger than just a hero release. I mean, we'll probably get a hero too, but I think it could be an event. So much work is going into this. Could it really all just be for 1 hero? Ana got nothing like this.

There's a lot of evidence suggesting that Sombra is the next hero to be released though (Or at least, it would make little sense to bury the hints as deep as they did if they're meaningless)

So far, the % is going up at a steady pace and I quote: "It is predicted that this will reach 100% on Oct. 16th-17th, a good few days before BlizzCon on Nov 4th - 5th. Alternatively the % will hit 23, an important Sombra number, in 12 days corresponding to the start of Season 2."
