Doesn't the legendary questline stop when Legion hits? If so, then you cannot complete the legendary questline in time.

u wont be able to pick it up come pre patch..
but u would probably have time to finish it. it doesnt take that long these days.Hi

If its your first character I doubt you will have time to finish it, even if you pick it up before the pre-patch, it takes a while longer without the internal boost system - especially on a fresh character without any Apexis.

You can absolutely complete it before Legion. You simply can't START it after the pre patch. If you already have the quest to begin with, you may continue along
