In another act that looks to be as racist as Trump just cannot stop with his racist tweets.

The image tweeted by presumptive GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump on Saturday that accused Hillary Clinton of being "corrupt" with a six-pointed star was reportedly created by white supremacists.

The image appeared on an internet message board for the alt-right, a digital movement of neo-Nazis, anti-Semites and white supremacists often associated with Trump's candidacy, Mic reported on Sunday.

Two hours after the initial post, Trump tweeted a different version of the same image, using a circle instead of a star. He then deleted the original post.

Trump claimed that the star was that of a sheriff's star and the social media director, Daniel Scavino, claimed to have taken the image off a Microsoft "shapes".

Candidates should know that. The tweet has been deleted and I don’t know how long he put this up there. Obviously they’ve got to fix that.”

Yet again, people are focusing on the, "BUT THE STAR COULD BE LAW ENFORCEMENT STAR!" and not the fact that Trump has a history of sharing (5 now) images that originate from white supremacist circles.

And yet again, Paul Ryan, who is apparently now a RINO because he doesn't fawn over Trump, is critical of Trump's pretty overtly bigoted, or at best ignorant, behavior and has to call it out to distance the GOP from it.

Actually there was, since it originated on a white supremacist forum. Also the argument that "lol sheriffs' badges" isn't a very strong one since 99.9% of all Sheriff departments use the six sided star with circles on the points or the seven pointed star. Very very rarely is is just a flat six-sided star.

His daughter, his son-in-law (de facto leader of his publicity campaign) and his grandkids are all Jewish. He's not anti-Semitic for using a generic star symbol.

The Sheriff badge isn't even a good argument because almost none use the flat 6. That's why all of the apologists are posting that exact same image of the cook county one, because there are so few out there.

8chan is not a "white supremacist forum." Even their politics board can't be called this, even if it happens to have a group of them there (in which case you may as well call it a socialist forum too since those threads also exist on 8chan.)

The original creator of the graphic is said to have a lot of anti-Jewish stuff on their feed. Trump just copied it. Makes you wonder what Trump's staff was doing though to let him make a mistake like this.
